Test 100% of all in-person, virtual, and WREP students in ELA, Math,

Required Testing Procedures

  
Virtual & WREP Students test using the same process and expectations established for NWEA MAP.  
SPED Accommodations All required accommodations must be provided and verified before testing begins.  
Small-Group Testing Form small-group sessions when required by student accommodations or testing needs.  
Participation Monitoring Maintain a daily roster by student and subject; use September 10–11 to resolve every incomplete test.  
               

Implementation Notes

  
• Confirm testing platform access, student rosters, rooms, and staff assignments before September 8.  
• Communicate login and session procedures to virtual and WREP students in advance.  
• The schedule may be adjusted as operational needs arise while preserving the September 8–11 window and 100% completion goal.
